Who runs Querora?
Querora is the brand under which Michał Fox does business in Kraków, Poland. You enter into the contract in the client panel, and its terms are set out in the Terms of Service, the SLA and the Data Processing Agreement. For the contract, complaints and personal data, write to hello@querora.com.

How you enter into the contract
- 1You choose a plan and create an account in the client panel, accepting the terms. Together with them you enter into the data processing agreement, and the SLA becomes part of the contract.
- 2Once the setup fee is paid, we run the audit and agree the phrases, questions and competitors with you. The subscription and the minimum term start on the first measurement.
- 3A sole trader protected as a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. A model form is at the end of the terms.
