1.General provisions
These Terms set out how Querora provides its service, a subscription for search engine optimization (SEO) and business visibility in AI assistant answers (AEO), and how the Website and the Panel may be used.
The service provider is Michał Fox, doing business under the Querora brand, in Kraków, Poland, email: hello@querora.com ("Querora", "we", "us"). Provider details and all documents are listed on the Legal information page.
These Terms are standard contract terms within the meaning of Article 384 of the Polish Civil Code and terms of electronic services within the meaning of Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
The Contract also includes the SLA, which sets the guaranteed service levels and service credits, and the Data Processing Agreement. On personal data the Data Processing Agreement prevails over these Terms, and on service levels the SLA prevails.
We provide the service to businesses only. A consumer, meaning a person acting outside their trade, business or profession, cannot enter into the Contract. Special rules for sole traders protected as consumers are set out in Section 14.
These Terms are available free of charge on the Website. You can print them or save them as a PDF with the button on this page, and we send them by email on request.
The Client's general terms and other standard forms do not bind Querora unless we accept them expressly in documentary form.

3.Entering into the Contract
The Contract is made in the Panel. The Client chooses a Plan, enters the business name, the Client Website address, the country and service area, creates an account or adds the business to an existing account and accepts these Terms. The Contract is concluded when the account is created or the business is added.
A person who enters into the Contract on behalf of the Client confirms that they are authorized to do so.
A request sent through the contact form and our reply with a Plan proposal do not create a Contract and do not bind either party.
After the Contract is concluded we issue an invoice for the Setup Fee. We start the onboarding work once it is paid and once the Client has given the access described in Section 12.
The Subscription starts on the day of the first Measurement. From that day we count Billing Periods, the minimum term and the tenure that determines the loyalty discount (Section 7).
We may refuse to start work if the Client Website or the business it promotes is unlawful or infringes the rights of third parties. In that case we refund the Setup Fee in full.
4.Plans and scope of the service
The scope of each Plan is set out on the Pricing page. The table below shows the same numbers. Monthly items are counted separately in each Billing Period, and the Measurement runs every week.
| Start | Growth | Pro | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | $790 | $1,590 | $2,990 |
| Setup fee, one-time | $190 | $190 | $190 |
| Phrases tracked on Google every week | 50 | 150 | 400 |
| Fixes in your site's code per month | up to 5 | up to 12 | up to 25 |
| Articles or new pages per month | 2 | 4 | 8 |
| Links from other websites per month | 2 | 5 | 10 |
| Questions checked in AI every week | 30 | 80 | 200 |
| AI answers recorded per week | 120 | 560 | 1,400 |
| AI engines | Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini | Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Microsoft Copilot | Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Microsoft Copilot |
| Competitors in the report | 2 | 3 | 5 |
| Weekly report with Search Console and Bing | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Account manager | By email | 15 min every week | 30 min every week |
| Services or locations | 1 | up to 3 | up to 10 |
| Languages or markets | 1 | 1 | 2 |
| AI traffic in Google Analytics 4 | No | No | Yes |
In every Plan we:
- ship fixes in the code and settings of the Client Website, in particular for indexing, structured data, page speed and access for search engine and AI Engine crawlers;
- write articles or new subpages that answer the questions of the Client's customers;
- earn links to the Client Website from other websites, in particular business directories and guest articles;
- check Phrase rankings on Google and AI Engine answers to the Questions every week and compare the results with the Competitors;
- publish a Report in the Panel every week, with data from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools;
- stay in touch through an account manager: by email and in Tickets, and in the Growth and Pro Plans also on a weekly call of the length shown on the Pricing page.
The number of code fixes is an upper limit. We ship the fixes the Client Website needs according to the Audit and the Measurements, and we do not make changes only to use up the limit. Articles, subpages and links are delivered in the full number set by the Plan, unless the Client asks for fewer or asks us to hold publication.
Unused scope of a Billing Period does not carry over to the next one. The exception is items we did not deliver for reasons on Querora's side: we deliver them in the next Period and grant a service credit under the SLA.
Phrases, Questions and Competitors are agreed with the Client at the start. The list stays fixed so that week-to-week comparisons make sense. The Client can change it in the Panel within the limits of the Plan, and the change applies from the next Measurement.
We write content based on information from the Client. The Client may ask in a Ticket for every piece of content to wait for its approval before publication. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of business details it provides for the content, such as prices, the scope of services or qualifications.
We earn links only on websites that accept listings and articles under their own public rules. We do not buy link packages or places on ranking lists. Publishers decide how long a link stays on their website.
The Subscription does not include, in particular: the budget for and management of Google Ads campaigns and social media ads, purchased link packages and paid places on ranking lists, a new website designed from scratch, hosting and the domain of the Client Website, or fees for paid directories and tools. We use a paid listing or tool only with the Client's approval and at its cost.
Work outside the Plan is done only on the basis of a separate quote accepted by the Client in Documentary Form.
5.No guarantee of rankings or AI answers
The order of search results and the content of AI assistant answers are decided by their operators, in particular Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and xAI, under their own undisclosed and changing rules. They are also affected by Competitors and other websites. For this reason we do not guarantee any specific ranking of the Client Website on Google or any presence of the Client in AI Engine answers.
We are responsible for performing the work described in the Plan with due care, in line with search engine guidelines, and for an accurate Measurement: always with the same method, on the same list of Phrases and Questions, with the answers recorded.
AI Engine answers are not repeatable, and the same question asked twice can return a different answer. A Measurement describes a sample from a given week and is not a promise of results in the following weeks.
We do not use techniques that breach search engine guidelines, such as hidden text, purchased links or reviews written by us, because they put the Client Website at risk of a penalty.
A drop in rankings or in presence in AI answers is not a failure to perform the Contract if the work in the Plan has been done.
6.Prices, fees and payments
The prices of the Plans and of the Setup Fee are shown on the Pricing page. They are net prices, and VAT or another applicable tax is added where required. The English version of the Website shows prices in US dollars and the Polish version in Polish zloty, and an account is billed in the currency of the version in which it was created. Current prices in US dollars: Start $790, Growth $1,590 and Pro $2,990 per month, and a Setup Fee of $190.
The Setup Fee is paid once, before work starts. It covers the Audit, agreeing the Phrases, Questions and Competitors, connecting Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and the first Measurement that all later changes are compared with. Because this work is done straight away, the Setup Fee is non-refundable, except in the cases in clauses 3.6 and 9.9 and the right of withdrawal described in Section 14.
The Subscription is paid in advance for each Billing Period. We issue the invoice on the first day of the Period, and for the first Period on the day of the first Measurement.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice, by the due date shown on the invoice, or by card through a payment provider if the Panel offers that method. Payment is made on the day our account is credited.
Invoices are electronic. We make them available in the Panel and send them by email, and where the law requires it we issue them in the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
If payment is late we may charge statutory interest for late payment in commercial transactions and compensation for recovery costs, under the Polish Act of 8 March 2013 on Preventing Excessive Delays in Commercial Transactions.
The Plan can be changed in the Panel, in the Billing tab. The change applies from the next Billing Period, and before the first Measurement immediately. When moving to a higher Plan, the existing Phrases and Questions stay so that comparisons are not broken. Before moving to a lower Plan, the Client adjusts the number of Questions, Competitors and languages to its limits, and features the lower Plan does not include are switched off at the start of the new Period.
Each business and Client Website added to an account is a separate Subscription with its own Setup Fee and minimum term. The loyalty discount covers every Subscription on the account (Section 7).
7.Loyalty discount
The longer the Subscription runs without a break, the lower the price. The discount depends on the number of full months of uninterrupted Subscription:
| Full months without a break | Discount |
|---|---|
| from 3 | -5% |
| from 6 | -10% |
| from 9 | -15% |
| from 12 | -20% |
| from 18 | -25% |
| from 24 | -30% |
The discount is recalculated at every renewal and shown on the invoice as a separate line. It covers every Subscription on the account, but not the Setup Fee or work outside the Plan.
A pause (Section 8) does not break the tenure: its start date moves by the length of the pause.
If a Subscription payment fails, the Client has 14 days from the due date to pay, and the tenure continues during that time. If payment is not made within that time, the tenure resets and is counted again from the day of payment.
Ending the Subscription after cancellation resets the tenure. Withdrawing the cancellation before the end of the Billing Period keeps the tenure and the discount. If the Client signs a new Contract later, the tenure starts from zero.
We may change the discount levels only under Section 19. A change does not reduce a discount the Client has already reached.
8.Pausing the Subscription
After the minimum term, the Client may pause the Subscription once per calendar year for 1, 2 or 3 full Billing Periods.
A pause is scheduled in the Panel, in the Billing tab. It starts at the end of the current Billing Period, and the Subscription resumes on its own when the pause ends. On the day it resumes we issue the first invoice after the pause.
During a pause we do not issue invoices, ship changes or run Measurements. The Client keeps access to the Panel and to past Reports, and we answer Tickets about the account and billing.
A scheduled pause can be cancelled in the Panel before it starts.
A pause leaves a gap in the Measurement history. Rankings and presence in AI answers may change during that time, and results after the pause are compared with the last Measurement before it.
9.Term, cancellation and late payment
The Contract is made for an indefinite period. The minimum term is 3 full Billing Periods, counted from the first Measurement. That is the length of the first full work cycle: a baseline measurement, fixes, new content and links, and a comparison of results.
After the minimum term the Client may cancel the Subscription at any time in the Panel, in the Billing tab, or by email to hello@querora.com. The Subscription ends at the end of the Billing Period in which it was cancelled. Until that day we work and measure as usual, and we do not issue another invoice.
A cancellation can be withdrawn in the Panel until the end of the Billing Period.
Before the end of the minimum term the Client may end the Contract only in the cases described in clause 9.7, in Sections 14 and 19, in the SLA and in the Data Processing Agreement.
If a payment is not received on time, we notify the Client in the Panel and by email. For 14 days from the due date we provide the Subscription as usual. After that we may pause deployments and Measurements until payment is made, with prior notice to the Client. Such a pause does not release the Client from paying for the Billing Period covered by the invoice.
If the arrears last longer than 30 days from the due date, we may terminate the Contract with immediate effect, after a payment reminder giving an additional period of at least 7 days.
Either party may terminate the Contract with immediate effect if the other party materially breaches it and does not remedy the breach within 14 days of a notice in Documentary Form. A material breach by the Client includes, in particular, requesting actions that are unlawful or against search engine guidelines, publishing unlawful content on the Client Website, and a lack of access or replies that prevents work for 30 days.
After the minimum term we may terminate the Contract for an important reason, in particular discontinuing the service or a change in the law, with at least 30 days' notice, effective at the end of a Billing Period.
If the Contract ends for reasons on Querora's side, we refund the proportional part of the fee for the unused part of the Billing Period, and if this happens before the first Measurement, also the Setup Fee.
10.After the Contract ends
Everything we shipped on the Client Website stays with the Client: fixes in the code and settings, articles and subpages, structured data and directory listings created with the Client's details. We do not remove shipped changes when the Contract ends.
The Client Accounts, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, the Google Business Profile, the CMS, the repository and hosting, belong to the Client at all times. We do not take them over or change their owner.
Within 7 days of the end of the Contract we remove our access to the Client Accounts, including users, keys and tokens, and confirm it in a Ticket or by email. We recommend that the Client also review the permissions in its accounts.
For 30 days after the Contract ends the Panel is read-only: the Client can download Reports and invoices as PDF files and read the Ticket history. On request made during that time we send the Measurement history, meaning the Phrases, Questions and their results, as a CSV file.
Links earned on other websites stay there under the rules of those websites. We do not ask publishers to remove them.
After the period in clause 10.4 we delete the account and Measurement data within the time and under the rules described in the Privacy Policy. Invoices are kept for the period required by tax law.
11.Rights to the work
For content, graphics and code prepared for the Client under the Subscription, once the Billing Period in which they were delivered has been paid for, we grant the Client a free, non-exclusive license unlimited in time and territory, with the right to modify, translate and sublicense. The license covers recording and copying by any technique, storing in computer memory and on networks, making available to the public so that anyone can access them at a place and time of their choice, and distribution in any form.
We do not license content prepared for the Client to anyone else. At the Client's request we sign, at no extra charge, an agreement transferring the economic copyright in that content for the fields of use in clause 11.1, in writing or in electronic form with qualified electronic signatures.
Until payment is made the Client may use the delivered work to the extent needed to perform the Contract.
The Panel, the measurement methods and tools, the Report templates and Querora's software remain our property. The Client may use the Reports in its business and publish results that concern its own business.
The Client grants us a free license to use the materials it provides, such as its logo, photos and texts, to the extent and for the time needed to perform the Contract, and confirms that it holds the rights to them.
We do not publish the Client's name, results or screenshots of its Panel in Querora's materials without the Client's consent in Documentary Form.
12.Access to Client Accounts and cooperation
To perform the Contract the Client provides:
- read access to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, connected in the Panel under Settings, Integrations;
- in the Pro Plan, read access to Google Analytics 4;
- access to the CMS, code repository or server of the Client Website with the permissions needed to ship fixes and content;
- the manager role in the Google Business Profile, if the work covers the profile.
Where possible the Client creates a separate account or role for us instead of sharing its own password. Login details are passed through a channel agreed in a Ticket, not in the body of a regular email.
We use the Client Accounts only within the scope of the Contract. We do not change their owner, billing or settings unrelated to the work, and we do not make purchases in them.
Before shipping a change in code or content we keep a way to roll it back, in particular in the repository history or in a copy of the changed files. The Client is responsible for backups of the whole Client Website and its hosting.
If another company looks after the Client Website, we prepare ready-to-apply changes and check that they have been deployed. Time spent waiting for that company to deploy them is not counted against Querora.
The Client tells us in advance about planned changes to the Client Website, such as a redesign, a migration or a domain change, because they affect results and Measurements.
If missing access, information or approval prevents work, deadlines move by the waiting time. Items we could not deliver for this reason carry over once to the next Billing Period.
The Client is responsible for the lawfulness of the Client Website, including its terms, privacy policy and cookie consent, also the consent required by Google Analytics 4.
13.Liability
The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the Contract under general rules, with the limits set out in this Section.
Querora's total liability under the Contract is limited to the total net fees paid by the Client for the Subscription in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. If the Contract has lasted less than that, the limit is the total net fees paid up to that day, including the Setup Fee.
Querora is not liable for the Client's lost profits.
Querora is not liable, in particular, for:
- decisions of search engine and AI Engine operators, including changes to their rules and penalties imposed for reasons we are not responsible for;
- changes to the Client Website made by the Client or third parties, and failures of its hosting;
- content and data provided by the Client;
- removal of links by publishers of other websites;
- outages of Google and Microsoft services that delay data in the Report.
Service credits granted under the SLA count towards damages for the same event.
Towards Clients other than Sole Traders Protected as Consumers, statutory warranty for defects in the work (rękojmia) is excluded. Their rights are set out in these Terms and the SLA.
The limits and exclusions in this Section do not apply to damage caused intentionally, to personal injury, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
The Client indemnifies Querora against third-party claims concerning the materials the Client provided and covers reasonable defense costs, provided we notify the Client of the claim promptly and allow it to take part in the defense.
14.Sole traders protected as consumers
A Sole Trader Protected as a Consumer is protected against unfair contract terms, has the right to withdraw from a distance contract and has rights where the service does not conform with the contract, to the extent granted by the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
A Sole Trader Protected as a Consumer may withdraw from the Contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. It is enough to send a statement before that period ends, by email to hello@querora.com or in a Ticket. The model form at the end of these Terms may be used, but it is not required.
We start work before the withdrawal period ends only if the Sole Trader Protected as a Consumer expressly asks for it by ticking the relevant box at sign-up in the Panel. Without that request we start once 14 days have passed since the Contract was concluded.
If the Sole Trader Protected as a Consumer asked us to start work and then withdraws from the Contract, it pays for the services provided up to the withdrawal, in proportion to their scope. We refund the rest of the payments, including the Setup Fee, within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method, unless the Client agrees to another method that is free of charge for it.
Provisions that would be unfair towards a Sole Trader Protected as a Consumer do not apply to it, in particular clauses 13.2, 13.3 and 13.6 to the extent they would limit its statutory rights.
15.Complaints
Complaints about the Subscription, the Website and the Panel can be made in a Ticket or by email to hello@querora.com.
A complaint should identify the Client, describe the problem and say how the Client would like it resolved. Missing information does not mean the complaint will be ignored.
We reply to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it, in the form in which it was made.
Requests for SLA service credits are handled as described in the SLA.
16.Website, Panel and electronic services
We provide the following electronic services free of charge: the Website content, the contact form, the Panel account, email notifications and, once a User turns them on, browser notifications.
Using the Website and the Panel requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and the Panel also requires an email address. Browser notifications require a browser that supports Web Push, and on iPhone and iPad adding the Panel to the Home Screen.
The account owner can add Users and assign them the roles available in the Panel. The Client is responsible for the people it gives access to and for keeping passwords confidential.
Users may not provide unlawful content, disrupt the Website or the Panel, try to access other people's data or use the Panel to send unsolicited commercial communications.
Using the internet carries common risks, such as malware, phishing for login details and interception of traffic. Users should keep their software up to date and protect their password.
A User may end the account agreement at any time by asking for the account to be deleted in a Ticket or by email. Deleting an account does not end the Subscription, which ends under Section 9.
Panel availability and the rules for maintenance work are set out in the SLA.
The parties communicate in Tickets and by email. A message sent to the last email address given by the Client is deemed delivered.
17.Confidentiality
The parties keep confidential the information obtained in connection with the Contract, in particular login details, data from the Client Accounts, Measurement results and the terms of cooperation.
Confidential information may be disclosed only to people who need it to perform the Contract and are bound by confidentiality, or where the law requires it.
The confidentiality obligation continues after the Contract ends, until the information becomes public.
18.Personal data
We process the data of Users and of the Client's contact persons as a controller, under the rules described in the Privacy Policy.
We process personal data we can access in the Client Accounts and on the Client Website on behalf of the Client, under the Data Processing Agreement, which the Client enters into by accepting these Terms.
19.Changes to the Terms and prices
We may change these Terms, the SLA, the Data Processing Agreement and the Pricing for important reasons, in particular a change in the law, a decision of an authority, a change in the scope or technical conditions of the service, or security.
We give notice of a change at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email and in the Panel, and publish the new version on the Website.
A change to a Plan price applies from the first Billing Period that starts after it takes effect, and does not apply to Periods within the Client's minimum term.
A Client who does not accept a change may, before it takes effect, terminate the Contract effective on the day before the change takes effect, at no extra cost, also during the minimum term.
Changes that only benefit the Client and editorial corrections may take effect immediately, with notice on the Website.
The Contract is governed by the version of these Terms in force on the day it was concluded, and from the day a change takes effect by the changed version, unless the Client has terminated the Contract under clause 19.4. Previous versions are available on request.
20.Final provisions
The Contract is governed by Polish law, also for Clients outside Poland.
The parties try to settle disputes amicably. Disputes with Clients acting as businesses are settled by the court competent for Querora's place of business, and disputes with Sole Traders Protected as Consumers by the court competent under general rules.
The Client may not transfer its rights or obligations under the Contract to a third party without our consent in Documentary Form.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
These Terms are available in Polish and English. If the versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
These Terms are effective from 24 October 2026.
